Class Schedule


Sexy Dance 
This is a truly unique approach to dancing, fitness and self-expression. When you combine exercise and the element of sex appeal the benefits are exponential. Combing elements of jazz, contemporary and erotic dance moves, I will help you find you inner goddess. Reinvent your body-image, improve your sex life and give yourself an adrenaline rush with a sexy dance lesson.
 
Stretch and Tone
This lesson focuses on everything you need to get limber and fit. Using a variety of techniques that improve flexibility and tone muscles I will design a class fit for you! Allow yourself the opportunity to learn different stretch techniques and begin to see the positive effects it has on the body



Contemporary     
Contemporary is great for self-expression and relieving stress. With elements of ballet, modern and jazz contemporary dance focuses on your inner being and dancing from within.  

Jazz
Jazz dance is a great form of exercise. Fit to your level I will teach you how to get in shape without aerobics. Whether you have experience or not I will give you a class that has you sweating and feeling great.



               
     Scheduling


Lessons are scheduled between you and me directly. Together we set the day, time and location. Before our first lesson I will ask you a series of questions that will allow me to design a class to teach you exactly what you want to learn. Classes are available in ½ hour or hour segments, depending on your interests.
